... I've had another very busy day ... Galway Festival (won) ... Newbury (won) ... Market Rasen (won big-time - my speciality National Hunt) Chester (watched - NEVER back horses at this track) ... Hungarian Grand Prix (lost TWICE - had backed Lewis Hamilton to be in pole position AND win the race then had a saver on the only possible danger - Massa ... ! ...) Six hours and 8 cups of tea later ... and yes, it was well worth it ... sure beats working for a living ...
Weather doesn't look that clever for the Uncle Tom Cobley at Widecombe in the Moor but it looks even worse for Tuesday ... Winfield and I will be up there from lunchtime - for the duration - so hope the pub stays open ... 'be seeing you' (Patrick McGoohan - Number Six 'The Prisoner')
