Monday 21st with Two Scoops and Mr Softie

The marks to Mardon Down were on the road, just as I said. Two Scoops is very thorough (been taught by experts: Heidi, Trucker, Blaster etc) and we all arrived stress free at the location. The trail was well thought out and excellent off-road fare. Very pleased that I could complete (injured) for once and 'earn' my pint at the pub. I was fortunate to even make the regroup as two well known Pillock haters (Snotrag and Bubbles...but the list is lengthy) attempted to shake me off an observation scaffold en routey. The duration of the run was appropriate, seeing as we had a few miles drive back to the Royal Oak at Dunsford. All in all, the consensus was that the hares done good....though we would never admit that to them face to face, would we....
