...in the filming of the Italian Job a cameraman was killed filming too close to the minis test driving over the ramp and hitting the bricks......a stray flying brick hit him and he was killed instantly. When they re shot the scene, they used remote controlled cameras which in hind bloody sight they should have in the first place....
