Had a day off Saturday ...

... and didn't turn the PC on at all ... first time for many months. Beautiful weather for over a week now and making the most of it in the garden and have finally got running again ... four consecutive days of 5k, 5k, 5k and 8k - all on the treadmill in the conservatory where there is very little risk of injury (on the paths you get: jar, adverse camber, potholes in cliff path etc) ...
