As soon as you a torch light up, make your way towards it. You may be given a clue to the best route to start your approach via a small arrow on the ground, you don't have to follow it, it's just a guide.When you get to a torch, wait until another one lights up - it will be clearly visible and in your line of sight. If you are suddenly confronted by a hedge of fence, you MUST explore a route without clambering through or over obstacles ... a large mass of hashers ignoring this could cause damage. DO NOT climb over BARBED WIRE fences ... you wouldn't on a normal hash, so please don't try it on this one. Fire hares will be observing at such points and you will be seen! Another little tip - we can see you, but you won't be able to see us as for 'flaming' obvious reasons, we won't be using head torches.
